The Shellharbour 5 is one of our large family size homes.  It has the same design features as

the Shellharbour 3 and 4 but with a fifth bedroom and TV/playroom area separate from the main

living areas of the house.  This design is well suited to the family with teenagers who need a

little more of their own space.  There is also the option to change the TV/Playroom into the sixth

bedroom.   We have kept the wide formal entry and separate lounge as in the Shellharbour 3 and 4

but have moved the kitchen to a central position turning it into a large galley style with plenty of

room at the servery bench.  The large windows and the double sliding glass doors open to a larger

outdoor deck area.  Most rooms are a little larger than the 3 and 4 bedroom designs. 

Again there is plenty of storage.
