and has covered deck area over entry.

*          Roof and ceiling battens and truss bracing

*          1.2m wide skillion roof to entry

*          Aluminium sliding windows and doors with screens as per plan

*          Colorbond roof sheeting, capping, flashings, fascia, gutters and downpipes

*          50mm Anticon roof blanket and breather foil to external walls

*          Hardies Rusticated or Old Style cladding with accessories

*          All required fixings, Tool kit comprising screw gun and C clamps

*          Transport to site within the Illawarra (will need to price outside this area)

*          Plans for submission to Council including Basix

* Full set of working drawings and construction manual for ease of construction

FULL KIT INCLUDING

*          R1.5 batts to external walls and R3.3 batts to ceilings
